HOW DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WORK?

We ship world-wide using DHL at a rate between R350 - R650 depending on which country you live in. Unfortunately, there is no free shipping available for international orders, regardless of cart size. So use the opportunity to stack your cart! 

HOW LONG DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAKE?

International delivery outside of South Africa takes approximately 3-7 Business Days via DHL. Shipping includes real time tracking every step of the way to you, and regular email updates of your delivery status. Please note that once your order arrives in your country, it will be assessed by customs. Based on your country's legislation, you may need to pay a fee to release the goods into your country. Once that amount is paid, DHL will deliver your parcel to your door. 

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PARCEL?

If your order has not arrived, please make sure you have tracked your parcel with the tracking code we provide in the fulfilment email. Once your order has been packed, processed and shipped you will receive the fulfillment email. You will only be able to track your parcel on the evening (6/7pm) the parcel was fulfilled. In your fulfilment email above your products you will have a CA/VA/DBP tracking code with the couriers company name in brackets next to it. Go onto the courier companies website and use the tracking code you received to get real time tracking on your parcel. If you can't track your parcel or if the parcel is taking longer than it should to get to you then please contact us.

How to track your parcel - Please follow the steps below to track your parcel:

STEP 2: LOCATE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER ABOVE YOUR PRODUCTS WITH THE COURIER COMPANIES NAME IN BRACKETS
STEP 3: GO ONTO THE TRACKING COMPANIES WEBSITE AND TRACK YOUR PARCEL

 

RETURN POLICY

Once you choose your shipping method and you complete your payment you fully accept the return policies terms and conditions

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Products may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 3 days of receiving your parcel. All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

If you believe you received a product that is defective, we would like to extend our apology and we will make sure we take care of you immediately. Please email us at info@pandaclothing.co.za and attach a photo of the defective product. Once we receive your return request via email, we will shortly respond to your email and arrange for a courier company to pick up the defective product. Once we receive confirmation that our defective product has been picked up by our courier company, we will ship a new defective free item to you at no extra cost!

MIS-PACKED ORDER:

In the rare case that you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, we are sorry for the mix-up and want to make sure we get you the correct item right away! Please email us at info@pandaclothing.co.za and also send the details (Style name, Colour, Size) of the product you incorrectly received. We will then arrange for our courier company to collect the incorrect item/s. Once the courier company confirms shipment, we will ship the correct item to you at no extra cost!.

INCORRECT SIZE/FIT: 

You will be responsible for paying all postage fees on any returns/exchanges to get the items back to us. You are welcome to use any courier company you wish to ship the item/s back to us. The correct item/s must be shipped back by you (at your expense) and you will need to pay an additional fee of R99 in South Africa or R350-R650 for international shipping (out side of South Africa) for the correct sized item/s to be shipped back to you from our warehouse. Please check the size chart provided or If you need assistance with what size you are, please contact us at info@pandaclothing.co.za . Rather contact us and ask for advice on what size you should choose rather than ordering an item and hoping it will fit. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
